Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Aviation Administration's (MDOT MAA) Community Relations website is part of the Community Outreach Program for the Division of Planning and Engineering, Office of Environmental Services. This program was established in order to provide an avenue of communication between MDOT MAA and the local communities. This program includes numerous activities such as the Community Enhancement Grant Program, Quarterly Noise Report, and portable & permanent noise monitoring.
